Can I request personal Data from my Mortgage/Loan lender?It is a joint account so do I request as joint information or individual.Also do companies charge for this?

Yes a Subject Access Request under the Data Protection Act 1998 is what you need, both parties sign the request.

Use the template from the CAG library, there is a £10 statutory fee to pay, the company has 40 calendar days to comply, address to the Data Controller at their head office.
