Isn't it dangerous to sign a PPI form? Can they not then take your signature and apply it elsewhere?

No this is a complete myth, creditors are more than likely to reject or ignore an unsigned claim.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.

Can you sign it electronically?

The creditor will want to check that the signature matches that which they have on file for data protection purposes, there is really no reason for not signing as normal.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Well, I'm not quite sure if one was taken out -can't find all the documentation. However, as the accounts are in dispute I am wary about having them signed as they might filch the signature and stick it on a recon.

Recostituted agreement don't need a signature anyway, there was a time when it was alleged a DCA ''lifted''a signature I'm not sure if it was ver proven, and I have never seen such in very many years of dealing with debts for 3rd parties.

There really no point in not signing as usual on a claim, not doing so may well see the claim stalled or rejected.
