standing around freezing and soaking, not my idea of a good new year and they want you to pay for the pleasure !!!

I have not been out to a pub or club for 15 years NYE had got to the point that all you saw were drunken fights or some drunk prate throwing up on you. Now just have a few drinks and a meal with friends or family and take turns in hosting it say 6 to 8 people.

Had a fab evening last night at home, with my kids in their 20s and their mates, all coming round to play board games at ours, couple of drinks, a bit of music in the background, but tbh we didn't even need that the maount of noise we were making laughing and shouting clues! Best NYE ever!
