Hello and Welcome, paul.

I've started a new thread for you and asked Lee from Vodafone to have a look at this thread.

To enable Lee to get this looked into further could you email him with your details via the Contact us form

https://help.vodafone.co.uk/system/selfservice.controller?CMD=ESCALATION_REQUEST&PARTITION_ID=1&CONFIGURATION=1000&COUNTRY=us&LANGUAGE=en

and quote the code WRT135 - CAG Forum in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. To ensure that it reaches Lee could you update the thread with this and he'll get back to you as soon as possible?

Regards,

Scott.

Hi there

As I'm trying to sort this problem out with vodafone.

can anyone tell me exactly what my rights are as they seem to be completely in control.

I can complain all i like and they just refer me back to their tech department or I can pay up my contract.

I argue why should I pay to get out due to bad service.

if the service I was recieving was ok I would not be in this situation,

as I have been with them for 10years and the problems have only been over the last 5/6 months.

surely I have some rights as they threaten me if I tell them I am going to cancel the direct debit.

i'd await lee to pop up

prob not around at present.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
