I had my car seized by the police due to out of date tax,

my fault that Im not trying to worm out of.

I was using the car for my buisness at the time of the seizure,

didnt quite get all the tools out due to no space in my brothers car who picked me up.

I initially said that i would pay the seizure fee and collect the car,

but have since changed my mind and decided to let the car go,

it wasn't worth that much.

I need the tools in the car for my buisness,

can I simply go and pick up the tools from the car and not have to pay the recovery fee

The police don't seize for no tax although the DVLA do. Can we have the complete story so we can advise you correctly?

Please Note

The advice I offer will be based on the information given by the person needing it. All my advice is based on my experiences and knowledge gained in working in the motor and passenger transport industries in various capacities. Although my advice will always be sincere, it should be used as guidence only.

I would always urge to seek face to face professional advice for clarification prior to taking any action.
