I was taken to court by ACM for credit card I never received. I defended my situation and then they came upto trial and keeping it silent. Not taking it forward. It costed $9000 to defend this so far. Can you advise me what I can do? I got a letter from ACM direct "without prejudice" letter to contact them.

Did you win & if you did were you awarded costs?

What does the letter from ACM actually say?

No. Both parties must file a letter for the trial and non of us have submitted to courts. last week I received a letter direct from ACM titled "without prejudice". I was thinking all over and not sure what to do from here?

You could contact them to see what they have to say but it would be better by mail so you have a paper trail. It sounds as if they want to settle out of court by using the term 'without prejudice'.

When you say you didn't receive it do you mean the original credit card or the court papers?
