First of all, I don't want any one fretting too much about this issue but anyone of a nervous disposition, then please look away now. According to the mayan calendar, tomorrow is the end of the world. I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy christmas. lol..

A friend in New Zealand has just sent me a massive aerial picture of NZ with the words "It's 12.01 am in NZ...WE'RE STILL HERE!!!" on it.

In the spirit of offering advice I suggest the following.

If it is all out thermonuclear war - build a shelter in the cupboard under the stairs tonight, you might stand a chance.

If it is Ebola - don't go out until the rest of the population has succumbed.

If it is aliens then the answer is simple and in your kitchen cupboard. A tin hat fashioned from aluminium foil is apparently a perfectly suitable defence to mind controlling rays.

You might also want to Google the following terms in your remaining hours...

"Hunting for beginners"

"Farming for beginners"

"Self defence for beginners"

And if it turns out to be meteorites, I will see you all on the other side...

I thought it would be a good thing to have sex all day today because of the world ending tomorrow.

If it doesn't end, I am really worried about the wife finding out.
