This is my first post.

I am trying to start a claim against my ex mortgage company Redstone Mortgages who were given my mortgage by Beacon Home Loans Limited.

I am a novice and could do with a pointer in the right direction. What Court Form do I need to fill out in order to put my case forward at Court?

If I am successful they owe me a whopping approximately £15K which includes ERF and an array of things I've never even questioned up until now I have a little bit more knowledge.

Thank you in advance.

This figure of £15K would be outside of the small claims limit of £5,000 and would be allocated to Fast Track.

Have you already approached Redstone for a refund ?

You don't give any information as to what the claim is for - or how you arrive at a figure of £15k

Please can you give us much more detail
