Hi all

i'm new to this site, and

 

i have bee with brighthouse for well over a year now and

 

always kept up with my payments until recently when

 

i had a change in my circustances and couldnt afford to pay them the 105 a fortnight

 

they have refused to lower the payments yet they call round my home..

 

.i have had faulty good off them previously which i had to lose out what i paid on the phone and start a new contract for a different phone which isn't right surely???

 

however i have had a xbox off them not even a year old and the power brick as gone on it already

and have foud out that it was registered with microsoft back in december 2011 when i purchased the item as brand new ??

 

can anyone advise which is the best course of action for this situation please as am been lead to believe from microsoft

thats its not new as it was registered with them and on my credit agreement it states new....

that xbox sounds dodgy

 

pers i'd write them a letter saying you stated it was hew on the agreement

 

ms say its not

 

they have broken the terms of the agreement

 

you want all you moneyback

 

as for the phone

thats wrong too.

 

they should have repaired the old one. but you wont get back the payments [up until it went faulty]
