When sending letters to DCA's with payment offers for myself, friends and family I always finish with "You are reminded that I qualify for Legal Aid.."

With Legal aid being reduced next year just wondering if DCA will try to take advantage of this?

Not that I'm scared.

Don't think this will make any difference. How many people currently use legal aid when dealing with debt issues ? Not very many I would have thought.

We could do with some help from you.

I don't see why anyone would ever need to use anything legal in dealing with DCA's, after all, they are no more than the mouth piece of a corporation, they have zero legal powers anyway, besides, I never correspond with DCA's, unless it is for my own amusement.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
