18 years ago I took out a loan to buy a tenancy for a pub.

16k loan plus 1k payment protection added to the loan.

90 months later all paid off, (35k)

So if I had the paperwork, how much do they owe me?

just a thought,

As this is in the Bear Garden rather than the PPI forum, do I take it that his is a hypothetical scenario?

sar time then

but i bet they'll have nothing after 18yrs!

if you could find the agreement, you'll be able to claim it

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Can't sar, don't remember the company. was done through a broker in Rochdale who said we had to have it to get the loan, ( which also put a charge on our house, but didn't know that at the time)

really just hypothetical, " here's what you could be worth".

If there was a charge on the house, land registry may still have the history if you are still in the same house. They will be able to tell you who put a charge on it.
