Hi all

I have some late payments going back 3 years and I was wondering if anyone has ever written a good will letter to the lender and had these late payments removed?

I know it's a long shot but is it worth the effort?

Thanks

The ICOs view has been that ''late payment'' markers a true reflection of the conduct of the account, and rarely uphold complaints about them.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
