Hi Polly - you need to affix the budget sheet as an attachment to the email (so I can actually open the budget sheet document) - it's all jumbled up in the body of the email and I can't make head nor tail of it

Ive tried to re-send but seem to b having some difficulties with the library computer...I hope it has arrived

 

Hi Polly. If that doesn't work [i hope it does :)] is there someone there who can show you how to send an attachment? Our library has people who can explain things to you.

i will go to my friends and re send it as the computer at library isn't letting it send. and no one can help wil an about 45 mins or so

hi im at home now using myy laptop once i clicked on the budget sheet it asks me to log in so i do and it gots back to log in again,, i went to the court but the ffice shuts at 2pm so missed it will have to go for 10 am in mornin

OK, I will email you a blank budget sheet - save it to your computer and then fill it in - save again, close the document and then send an email to me with the document attached.

OK, got it :)

 

Right, you've got 41.56 left over in Box E - the court would see that as spare cash and expect you to pay that towards the arrears.

 

there are 3 of you in the house and you only spend £200 per month on food ? I think you need to increase your food expenditure to 240, that will leave £1.56 in Box E which is much more realistic.

 

Have you made December and January payment yet? - that will bring the amount of arrears down (Step 4) - and make things look better.

OK, deduct the amount you paid from the arrears figure in Step 4 - are you going to the library in the morning to print out the budget sheet ?

thank god u got it , imy normal payemt is 365 a month but judge ordered i pay 45 extra so have i put that in correct 420 . so if its granted which i really hope it is i will have to pay 365 plus 60 or will it be 420 plus 60 :???:

It will be your normal payment of 365 plus 60. How much were the payments you made today? I can alter your statement to include the fact that you have made that payment today, but you will need to print off proof before the day of the hearing.

I paid. 700 today sill print off the statement before hearing... It was short of 140 as I lent money to my daughter Sundays. Wen I got it back today to top it off I lost my purse I have a crime reference number to back it up if need be. A new letter would be great thanks u

I have changed the statement (affixed). Make sure you staple the statement and budget sheet securely to the N244. Also don't forget to take a photocopy of it all so you have a set to refer to in the hearing.

 

Did you deduct the £700 from the arrears figure in the budget sheet?

i spoke to shelter today and they told me to i would qualify for the mortgage rescue scheme

and said that if i wanted to go out ahead with it

 

they will write a letter on my behalf askin for an adjournment 4 8 weeks so i can get the ball rolling

 

i havent agreed to it as i wasnt sure can someone advise me to on this pls as i have wanted to do this for the last year or so
