DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

You'd be better off reading the agreement to check the payment date, nobody on here can guess :) sometimes its 7 days, 14 days, 14 working days, next pay run or the one after that.

Don't forget you can still issue unfair dismissal proceedings if they don't pay up, you can threaten a claim to help them along a little...

Thanks everyone, I know they are doing another pay run this month, hope it will be in that, otherwise looks like it will be 1st Jan (was paid monthly on the 1st). We thought it would be dealt with separately and done as quickly as possible, 3 weeks just seems like a long time at the moment with Christmas coming and waiting for benefits to be sorted out.:violin:
