Hi all,

 

I've recently sent a SAR to Natwest requesting quite literally all data held on myself which was individually specified in a letter all the items i require, however I have not received any statements whatsoever, kinda just wondering where I would go from here?

Yeah it's way up this is going back to October when it was sent of from me, didn't want to sign the letter I sent though, to which they sent out a signing letter, which of course reset the 40 days...

There is nothing in the ICO DPA guidance or the Act itself which says an application has to be signed.

These are stalling tacs.

There are other ways in which the Banks can be satisfied as to your identity.

Have a happy and prosperous 2013 by avoiiding Payday loans. If you are sent a private message directing you for advice or support with your issues to another website,this is your choice.Before you decide,consider the users here who have already offered help and support.

You could complain to the Group Executive Office, as I did, by email to Gary Stewart at RBS and you would probably get a minion to look into it - they ended up telling me the paltry info I had received was all they had - but they put £143 in my account as a goodwill gesture.
