JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL OF ALL THE CHARGES ETC FROM PHILIPS REGARDING MY PARKING FINE..PLEASE COULD YOU TELL ME IF THEY ARE OKAY.

60p debit card charge inc vat

 

Total Paid October 12, 2012 £215.73

£82 fine, £28 statyutory visit fee + VAT, and if sent, letter fee £11.20. (your post doesnt menetion it so its disregarded in this calculation). Total payable to Phillips is £115.60, You paid Phillips £215.13 sol Phillips owes you £99.53.

 

An attendance fee is a charge for a bailiff to removed goods he has levied on during a previous viist. If there is no levy (you would have signed a Form 7 or a Form 9) the attendance fee does not need to be paid.
