I see they still spouting the nonsense that appeals are been won on fresh evidence when the drop down menu tribunals use shows only a minority due to fresh evidence.

 

Is it illegal for someone to lie to the house of lords?

Fresh evidence my ar5e, most of the time it's the only opportunity to present evidence that's actually looked at by anyone.

yep what they are failing to mention is you could take a doctors report 10 inches thick to the atos 'examination' and they would take absolutely no notice of it all...of course when this is then produced at tribunals, shock, horror!! everyone throws their arms in the air and says 'oh its fresh evidence why didnt we see this at the start!!!' unbelievable
