Hi everyone

I am having financial difficulty now paying the ongoing interestlink3.gif charges on a £10,400 halifaxlink3.gif Mastercard which I took out as a Halifax Visa before 2000 card and they changed it to a Mastercard in 2005/6.

As I can no longer just pay the £230 per month just to reduce the balance by £5 each month.

Please can anyone give me some advice with regard to reducing the repayments or challenging the legallty of the Credit Agreement ?

Any advice would be greatly appreiated.

the old days of the 'paperwork' wriggles are long gone sadly.

you you ever considered reclaiming

of PENALY fees and.or PPI?

got all the statements?

there is nothing wrong with going with one of

the free debt charities like CCS or Payplan

or do one yourself.

see the debt guide below

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
