    • sorry Scania ..so you have a problem with the product?
    • Morrisons supermarket sell clothing under the Nutmeg brand.  Generally, these goods are of decent quality and not too expensive. There is a fairly wide range. Like other supermarkets, their sizes should be taken with a large pinch of salt.   Unfortunately, Morrison's merchandise these clothes through an outfit called Deeset. When things go wrong then your troubles really begin.   Deeset won't reply to emails. They operate a confounded automatic phone system where your call is put in a queue. EVENTUALLY, you receive a message that no one is available to take your call.   Their shop floor workers are not allowed to order goods in for you and not allowed to phone head office.   It's inconceivable that a prestigious company like Morrison's should be involved with an outfit like Deeset, which does no good for Morrison's image.

    • This is a bit of a lengthy one but I’ll summerise best as possible.

THIS IS HOW THE PHONECALL WENT

I was contacted by future comms by phone, they stated that they could beat any phone contract I have , (I am a limited company but just myself that needs a business phone and I am the only worker)
I told future comms my deal, £110 per month with a phone and a virtual landline, they confirmed that they could beat that, £90 per month with a phone , virtual landline  they also confirmed they would pay Vodafone (previous provider) the termination fee. As I am in business, naturally I was open to making a deal. So we proceeded.
Future comms then revealed that the contract would be with PLAN.COM and the airtime would be provided by 02, I instantly told them that this would break the deal as I have poor 02 signal in the house where I live as my partner is on 02 and constantly complaining about bad signal
the salesman assured me he would send a signal booster box out with the phone so I would have perfect signal.
      so far so good.....
i then explained this is the only mobile phone I use for business and pleasure, so therefore I didn’t want any disconnection time in the slightest between the switchover from Vodafone to 02
the salesman then confirmed that the existing phone would only be disconnected once the new phone was switched on.
      so far so good....

Hi all, got £200 from them, but because was in cycle to take one loan and pay back other, was unable to pay this back in time, they passed my account to NDR and now NDR passed this to Marshall Hoares Bailiffs, not sure if they will pass further, but for me it seem stupid that debt recovery passes to next debt recovery and amount from £200 got to £883, is it legal to do that? And is there any way to reduce that cosmic late fee charges? Also got this today:

BY LETTER AND EMAIL

Online payment ID: ##########

Outstanding amount: 883

PRE-VISIT Notice

Client: Speed Credit - Speed Credit Loan**-***TB

Client Ref: ########

Date: 25/11/2012

You have failed to make suitable repayment arrangements concerning the above arrears which remain outstanding.

Our recovery Agents will now visit your premises to arrange payment . This will involve a person visiting you to demand payment. Should the payment not be forthcoming, further visits will take place until we have payment in full. All visits may be chargeable.

You must make the IMMEDIATE FULL PAYMENT of all outstanding amounts (as shown above) to prevent this action from commencing or contact us to arrange a suitable repayment plan.

YOU HAVE 3 days FROM THE DATE STATED IN THIS NOTICE TO MAKE PAYMENT

NOTE: THIS IS YOUR FINAL CHANCE TO AVOID COURT ACTION. NO FURTHER WARNING WILL BE GIVEN

A fully prepared case will be sent to your local County Court for Judgment against you as well as agents instructed to your door. After a successful judgement we would seek a Warrant of Execution to seize goods and / or obtain an attachment of your earnings to have this debt deducted directly from your salary, this would require us to liase with your employer.

WE ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY on 08433811111

Yours faithfully

for genuine bailiffs to come to your house in that context could only be done via court case been dealt with, this is like Phillips bailiffs who are DCAs in disguise,

This doesn't ring true to me.

For bailiffs to get involved this must have gone to court already has it?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

No, it just been passed from NDR to this MH Bailiffs, also that amount of £883 looks fraudulent for me aswell.

Don't forget, Marshall Hoares are NOT bailiffs, they're just another part of Speed Credit/Toothfairy/NDR etc.

OK, been doing a bit of research, and it seems this is the normal MO with speed credit and toothfairy, if this has not gone to court then Marshal Hoares CANNOT act in their bailiff capacity, they can ONLY act as a DCA.

This realy really needs reporting ASAP to the OFT&TS there is a big question mark over this company so all the complaints made the better, also lodge a formal complaint to the OFT&TS about the incompetent actions of NDR.

I'll do a bit more digging, but in the meantime, Marshall Hoares CANNOT act as bailiffs, so they CANNOT threaten you with removing goods to the value of, or threaten you with paying for their visits etc etc, they can ONLY act as debt collectors, therefore they have absolutely zero legal powers to do anything.

When did you take this speedcredit loan out?

OK, have a read of the following links, and make up your own mind, personally, I wouldn't be the slightest bit intimidated with this very very questionable outfit who claim to be bailiffs, just please ensure you make as many complaints as you can not only to the OFT&TS, but your local MP and BBC Watchdog, it seems that they are a particularly nasty unqualified clown outfit, who make up their own laws and rules to suit.

Again, ignore these criminals, report them ASAP.

Deal direct with speedcredit, and enter into their own complaints procedure, clearly stating that you hold them personally responsible for the actions of their chosen third party clowns, they have 8 weeks in which to satisfy your complaint, which they won't, then you can escalate this to the FOS for investigation.

Bailiffs my backside, and threatening to charge you for failed visits is hilarious, the OFT will be very interested to read that!
