i need help. Got a fine for tv licence 3 ears ago and it was enforced now i june. Had no idea about it then told to pay 275 told the court i wanted time to track it down as tv licence said they didn't know about it. then laterdid but money was not owed to them but the court. was given 28 days to look into it or so i thought tried to contact cao but no luck so i sent an email via the justice website to arrange a payment. no one sent an out off time or its going to baillif letter. onlyy to be told it was sent to Philips. I had already sent a payment of £15 of which i can afford as i am not working and a single parent. I now paid off the fine owed to the court but they say i have to pay the baillif. I used a credit card for this so am paying credit card off. i asked to see the distress warrant issued by the court to Philips but this man was rude telling me he will send baillif so i told him to and will cover myself. They want 300 pounds for two letters i think cause he refused to send me the information they held about. I have a child with disability and can not have this over my head too. CAN THEY DO THIS. DO I OWE THEM EVEN IF I THINK IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SENT TO THEM IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. HELP PLEASE

Have you paid your fine in full?

Who did you pay it to?

Did you receive a Further Steps Notice from the Court?

How many letters from Phillips have you had?

How many visits from Phillips have you had?
