Hi all, BAYV ex customer, account settled months ago, made numerous phonecalls to them to remove the box. We paid weekly on a card so there's nothing in the meter. Box is now on free running with one day left of viewing! Tried emailing them to no avail.

 

Anyway I have a question, seeing as we have paid for our goods where would we stand if we removed the meter as we no longer have a contract with them.

 

Was thinking of just buying a new lead for my tv and just unplugging the box.

 

Anyone know where I stand on this? Help much appreciated.

Have done so but have also been promised this by customer service reps and it hasn't happened. Thanks anyway.
