Hi, I was granted a DRO in July but neither EDF (electric)

nor BG (gas) reset my prepayment meters to take off the debt.

Apparently they 'forgot', and to be fair I didn't realise that they hadn't.

So I'm now due a refund from both of them.

Can I ask for cash (and expect to get it)

or do I have to accept a refund straight onto my meter?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks, I spoke to them earlier and they're insisting that they put it on the meter. Do I have any right to choose how I'm paid?

I'm not really sure what I'm doing, sorry.

Offgen? I had a brief look at their website but it doesn't look like they can get involved with specific complaints. I'll email them to let them know though, as I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.
