:o Hi this is my first post so thought I'd let you all know where I'm at with my big fight with Nat West.

Claiming charges for last six years and having gone through the first stages have now filed my court claim.....bring it on.

Total claim is now at just over £4000 having turned down first offer of £418 and then second offer of £1520.

Received a few letters from the bank telling me that their legal department had been informed, their offer has been withdrawn and basically that they'll see me in court......trying to put the frighteners up me I think!

Nat West have acknowledged my claim and they have 28 days from the date of service......does this mean from the date they acknowledged my claim or from the date the claim was deemed to be served?

Any help please?

Thanks for that Solowka, wasn't sure what date I would be able to deem judgement and win by default. But judging by other peoples routes they will string it out to the last until giving their defence.

Not to worry I will wait.......it'llbe worth it in the end.
