The DWP state you are fit for work, but what is your opinion?

I'm actually suprised an employer has left an employee on sick leave for so long - 2 years is a very long time.

My opinion is that I am unfit for work. That is my honest opinion. I have lost everything because of this and the DWP are a shambles

I see. I'm not a DWP expert, but is there an appeals process against the decision?

By all means appeal the grievance outcome. Ask for the notes of the previous grievance investigation. I'm not sure that what they did constitutes bullying though - it sounds like a fairly normal reaction to an employee on long term sick leave. The employer needs medical evidence to decide whether or not to dismiss.

I am not sure what you are looking for as an outcome here. The manager to be told off? Not worth it. Let it go.

Told off? This isn't playground stuff. I would expect the manager to be dealt with appropriately via the disciplinary route. You have no clue I'm afraid.

You want them given a warning because they do not manage the way you believe they should, then? (A formal telling off.)

That's not going to happen if it didn't happen first time. I'm not sure what you personally gain from it, either.

Again, what outcome do you want?

There doesnt appear to be another thread, but this thread is now closed so no further deletions can take place. If there is a bona fide reason then the OP should contact admin.
