I see. I'm not a DWP expert, but is there an appeals process against the decision?

By all means appeal the grievance outcome. Ask for the notes of the previous grievance investigation. I'm not sure that what they did constitutes bullying though - it sounds like a fairly normal reaction to an employee on long term sick leave. The employer needs medical evidence to decide whether or not to dismiss.

I am not sure what you are looking for as an outcome here. The manager to be told off? Not worth it. Let it go.

Never assume anyone on the internet is who they say they are. Only rely on advice from insured professionals you have paid for!

You want them given a warning because they do not manage the way you believe they should, then? (A formal telling off.)

That's not going to happen if it didn't happen first time. I'm not sure what you personally gain from it, either.

Again, what outcome do you want?

Does the OP have another thread somewhere as I am confused as the OP initial post only states 'Should I appeal outcome of grievance? - km.

If there is another thread could you please post a link to that thread.
