Ouch, you appear to have a few PDL companies on there ?

Even if you pay these, they will still show on your credit file for at least 6 years from date of default/last payment.

Have you got payment arrangements with all/any of your creditors ?

Have you sorted out an Income and Expenditure sheet in order to work out your disposable income? I have attached one below for you.

Do you know if any of the non PDL debts have default/late payment fees applied - you could reclaim these in order to reduce or clear the amounts owed.

Do any of the non PDL debts have PPi which might have been mis sold ? If so, then again you could reclaim this in order to reduce any balances.

Is there any way of getting rid of defaults when settling? regarding the fees, the 2 from lowell are from shop direct and are about 5 years old so i really cannot remember. The first natwest one is ALL bank charges, relating to a bounced cheque then fees on top for being overdrawn. the second natwst one is for an arranged overdraft. and the halifax one is all charges for being aabout £5 overdrawn

You can make a full and final settlement on condition that all adverse data is removed from CRA files and the remaining balance is not to be sold on BUT it must be carefully done and no payment must be made until you have agreement in writting.
