Hi

Recently bought a 42 inch TV from Currys on finance

Currys just rang me today, they need you me to go over and sign the finance agreement again, cause when they printed the copy to send to the finance company the printer had run out of ink so it was incomplete

What should I do? Could I refuse and get a free telly??

If you walk out of a shop and don't pay for a TV things can get nasty :p Although it is their error, you still have to complete the payment I believe. Personally I'd be asking for some discount tho if you are going to go out of your way to sort their error.

If in doubt, contact a qualified insured legal professional (or my wife... she knows EVERYTHING)

Or send a cheque or postal order payable to Reclaim the Right Ltd.

to

Click here if you fancy an email address that shows you mean business! (only £6 and that will really help CAG)

If you can't donate, please use the Internet Search boxes on the CAG pages - these will generate a small but regular income for the site

Ask them to send it to you with a stamped address return envelope and you will sign it.
