Hi all.


I have come to this site to find out how I can get help with my rubbish 02 account.

Most of the time I have no signal and to which I cant even send a text message never mind ring anyone,I would like to cancel my account with them. They are very unhelpful..

Can anyone help Im not sure of what to do.:|

send a fornal letter of complaint


and give them 14 days to respond.



please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Few questions for you Ravenclann


1: How old is the contract?

2: Was the signal always this poor?

3: How did you take the contract? (in-store, from a 3rd party like carphone warehouse, over the phone or online?)

4: What does their coverage checker say? http://www.o2.co.uk/coveragechecker


Once you come back with those answers, we're better informed with what to advise you for the best solution.
