Hello,

I had a Vanquis card with 1,500 limit. Three months ago I was involved in a serious RTA and I was in a coma for several weeks, I suffered multiple fractures and multiple organ damage.

My only income is statutory sick pay.

Impact have been phoning my family about the debt which had risen to £1,800.

Impact said that because of the circumstances they would take a final payment of £931.00 which my father paid with his own bank card.

Now Vanquis are sending me bills for the other £900.00.

What can I do?

Thanks

Thanks for the fast replies. Andy I do not have it in writing as it was done over the phone when

Impact rang. I am due back into hospital soon for another procedure and I do not want my parents to be bothered by them again.

Thanks again

Ok under the circumstances just reply that the debt was settled in F&FS payment made £ xxxxxxxxx dated xxxxxxxx as agreed by yourselves. (retain copies from here on and create a paper trail)
