I was recently in my local ASDA (I go there every week to do my "big shop")

I was walking down one of the isles when 3 security guards were coming the other way,

one of them looked at me funny and his "mates" all started laughing, very hilarious as you can imagine.

called this security guy a ginger t*** under my breath.

About 3 minutes later i saw them at the end of one of the isles looking at me so i went down another isle.

Next second i looked round and the man was standing in front of me asking me if i had a problem with him.

I said "no" as i've heard that these types of people get off on restraining people who "cause trouble".

He then said, "what did you mumble to me earlier?". I said again nothing.

He then asked me to leave the store and for not to come back.

I'm not sure if they're allowed to do such a thing as it would be my word against his and his pals.

Can anyone help me with info as to whether i can take this further or if i can't at least I'd know!!

cheers.

He cant do that. He was simply throwing his weight around.

If they did ban you, you would be taken to a back office, explained why you are there and what is happening, then they would ask you to sign a form stating that you wont go there again.

You really need to make a full complaint to the Store manager outlining what has happened.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

I agree, you should write to the store manager asking why you were evicted and banned from the store.

the 'store' does not need a reason

bit like a public house

its their property

you are a guest.

IF the security guard, is 'the owner' is another mattr

i think not

complain to the manager.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I strongly doubt this clown would be able to convince the manager of the store that you had done anything which would merit banning you.

I would be inclined to make a formal complaint, in writing, to the store manager about his choice of employees, and ask him for the name of his area manager also as you are going to be making this complaint very public.

Which store was it?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

I would send someone to find out his sia license number if they have one , this is normally on show on the person.

Then make a complaint against him with them also, he obviously needs retraining in this case.

I used to work in this industry and I will tell you now that sort of behaviour is not on and I'm sure the sia authority and Asda will take that view of him/ her.

See also if they are employed by Asda or an outside agency and complain to his company also.

Hope I have helped, go get em ......
