It is quite suprising that i received the letter from the investigator early this morning , only a week after my responding email. He is requesting the envidence of my leaving, I hope it could be solved after I provide documents to prove my leaving. evidence requirement.pdf -

As far as I'm aware, although these delivery drivers wear DPD branded clothing and drive DPD branded vehicles, they are not in fact employees of DPD, rather they're self-employed contractors. The reason I raise that distinction is it likely limits the clout DPD as a company has on the driver, leaving them unable (even if they were willing) to instruct the driver to deliver to you. In other words, if he says he refuses to deliver to your address, there's very little DPD as a company can actually do about it. By way of experiment, would it be possible to speak to your neighbour and arrange for a delivery to be made to their address? If DPD do deliver to your neighbour, and assuming you're not having multiple parcels a week delivered, maybe your neighbour would be prepared to act as recipient for you. Of course, I realise that should not be necessary, but I don't see how you can force the issue. I'm sure BankFodder or another regular will have something to say on the legality of their behaviour. I'd be interested to know if there's any legs in the argument that they've already accepted the delivery instruction at the point where the supplier arranged collection of the goods. So what is the legality of retrospectively backing out? -
The normal recourse for an upheld complaint with Royal Mail is to send the customer a book of First Class stamps as compensation

Morrisons sell them by the book don't they? So you bought a book of 12 1st class stamps and have used several of them. Only one of them resulted in the local sorting office alleging it was unpaid postage because the stamp is fake. It's incredibly unlikely that stamps from Morrisons are fake, and even less likely that only one of them is fake. More likely is some error in the local sorting office and they incorrectly decided a perfectly good stamp was a fake when it wasn't. I have no idea how that error could be made but it seems by far the most probable explanation. Perhaps some glitch in the machine that reads the stamps. If it were me I'd shrug my shoulders and get on with life but if you want to take it further use the Royal Mail formal complaints procedure. Send them the envelope and stamp (you have kept them I assume) and say you disagree with the local sorting office assessment that the stamp is fake and ask for the unpaid postage fee back. How to contact Royal Mail complaints if you're a personal customer -
