I changed address three times and have discovered why Swinton first reduced the charge from £25 to £15 then second address change refunded my £25 so easily, something to do with estimate costs. Now I'm trying for my car insurance as well, so I emailed echoice and hastings. Echoice want me to phone them, which I really don't want to do seeing as it's an 0844 number and I'll be held on the phone for ages answering "security" questions, so I've emailed back asking them to give me a response by email first, after all they are a web based company and I have to wonder why they won't respond to an email, Hastings have so far ignored my email.

Is this the right way to go about it?
