I live in a shared property ( 7 bedroom house)

Two couple with children and myself

We are paying the rent to the landlord.

Now we received this letter asking us to leave

Landlord saying don't worry but we are worried if

They kicked us out or reprocess it

Copy of the letter: attached

The letter is not asking you to leave as such, just alerting you to the current situation and your rights.

The mort lender is now your de facto LL and has an Order for repo.

Suggest all Ts apply, by letter, to Lender for 2 month extension asap, otherwise they will proceed with eviction in 14 days. This will at least alert them to Ts presence in property.

If they refuse an extension, max 2 months, you will be notified of a supp Court hearing for eviction. Then you can apply to Court for a similar extension, more likely 4-6wks.

Start looking for new property NOW, as you will be evicted in

Hi there. Someone will be along soon - a lot of the people who advise on here work, so they might not be on until later.
