I have a current plus account with Natwest although I no longer use it as my day to day account- I have an account with The Cooperative Bank. I'm currently £650 overdrawn but within my overdraft limit, and I'm paying this off as much as I can.

In 2009 I was in a bit of financial difficulty and they charged me for going over my overdraft limit. I'm just wondering if it's possible to claim these charges back. And if so is there a template that I can use to send them.

see martin3030 thread in the successes santander forum sticky

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
