6 weeks of sanctions, no food or elec and been told i won't get hardship as not vulnerable person, any ideas?

If I had no money for food I would considering begging. What would be the alternative ?

Missed two a4e apps. Receiving for two years.

Won't get when on sanction, food bank and candles i think.

While you are on Work Programme you can only receive hardship if you are in a vunerable group.

Crisis Loans won't help during a period of sanction.

My suggestion is to request a reconsideration of the decision (you need additional infomarion to what you have already provided) and to make sure that you continue to attend the JCP for signing as normal and definiteloy attend your work programme appointments as the next sanction is 13 weeks I think then 26 weeks and trhey will only be considered for reversal by the work prgramme after you have re-engaged with their services.

If you have no new further information you qwill need to consider an appeal but they are taking approx 33 weeks at the moment to be heard by a tribunal.

 

Go to the JCP office or local council offices and enquire if you can be referred to a local food bank.
