Why does a forum aimed at helping people in debt have so many PPI ads on it? These guys will RIP YOU OFF?

A quick search will show just how much this website is potentially making from clicks on these ads. Surely the owners could be more selective in who they allow to advertise. Just saying...

just type in the website address into worthofweb . com and it'll show that CAG makes about $600 per day from ads! That's pretty big money!

once you have logged in they go

sadly we are at the mercy of our website/internetweb provider and cannot choose.

better we make money to provide the site to fight back than gve up a money stream though.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

What annoys me about any site with ad's is that you only have to hover over them whilst reading something else and the b******s pop up, and what about the flashing ones?

  • 2 weeks later...

it depends, i am happy with ads on a site that is all about getting the right service,

as long as they don't get in the way of our reading/correspondence then we are all ok right?

its when they force ads onto the screen, or ask you to pass a splash screen when you open a post that's going too far in my opinion
