warrant of execution - out of date appeal for pcn

hi, could anybody tell me if this is a warrant issued by the court

 

ive had 1 letter from bailiff asking for £385

 

i asked for a copy of the warrant also a breakdown of the charges

 

this is all they sent

 

its not a good copy

 

ive done it as a photo as printer scanner isnt working,

 

id be glad of any comments as i think the charges are exsesive,

 

the bailiff only dropped the letter off saying they would enforce the warrent,

hand deliverd,

works out about £250

i dont think its a reasonable charge

i also thought the warrant would have had a stamp or at least been signed,

 

appreciate any help

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file

don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!!

or

convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option]

BUT......

ENSURE: remove all pers info inc barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all figures and dates.

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

.

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

.

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

It says the court fees and costs are £112

It is a mystery where this figure of £385 has come from.

Again-please send us the bailiff firm and name of Bailiff,or are you saying this is all that was left ?

Its come from TEC.

You have a right to the breakdown of charges.

Not a great copy of the document purporting to be a warrant.

 

It would help if the OP advised exactly what is written in the boxes for times and dates

hi, this was for a pcn mail i did get from coventry council was replied to by telephone,

 

i sent in photos and letter which they say they never recieived,

 

when i got back from egypt 1st july i saw letter from newlyn i had no other letters regarding my complaint,

 

i phoned on the monday she noted the file at council

 

i also phoned newlyn not helpful at all informed them i disputed this,

 

i phoned again this week asked for a copy of the warrant

 

the above post is what they sent,

 

i did ask for a breakdown of costs didnt get it,

 

ive managed to download form from nthampton court to appeal out of time,

 

i got the costs wrong its total is 317.44

 

original ticket was 70 plus 35 out of time,

 

id love a job delivering letters at 210 a go

hi i posted photo2 above at 1034 showing the boxes are blank, im not sure if im sending them the right way, on the warrant it says authorised by tec, 1st box date27 apr2012 next box time00:00:00, issued to the enforcement office, 3rd box date01-may2012 4th box time00:00:00

Phone the local authority and ask this question in these exact words. When exactly did YOU PRINT the warrant of execution? Do NOT ask when they issued it.

 

If the answers comes back in these terms or near deritives.

 

'The warrant was issued to the bailiffs.....'

'You must refer to the bailiffs.....'

'We do not keep a copy on file.....'

'Its no longer anything to do with us.....'

 

You will know that the local authority never issued it all and thus the one produced has to be incorrect.

hi just got a tx from a mobile saying PLEASE RETURN HOME @1625 GOODS TO BE REMOVED EVEN IN YOUR ABSENCE, could do with bit of advice i was postying on a thread re this matter but thread has disapear now am worried got my daughter and son here, ive been told the warrant is incorrect earlyer today on site

pcn i had thread on here today but it disapear they havent been in my hse or on property i have got out out of time appeal form which i am sending today, ive been on to council who issued ticket complained about the bailiffs, the tx read;PLEASE RETURN HOME@16;25 GOODS TO BE REMOVED EVEN IN YOUR ABSENCE, ALL IN CAPITALS. im going to send an email removing any assumed right of access to my property also put a sign up saying callers by apointment only, cold callers charge £250 per person per visit, (on advice from next door)

You need to be removing any vehicles out of sight,keep windows and doors locked and remove anything accessible of value from garden etc.

ive got some tools out the front im a builder they cant take them can they, my transit pick up loaded with work stuff is on neighbours drive over the road, told my son to leave his car over street its reg in his name, if i email them and remove any right of implied access will that stop them coming, im just thinking it will save the cost of the call, ive put a sign up saying callers bt apointment-cold callers charge 250 any good do you think
