Hi there

Not sure if this has been mentioned already - if it has sorry..

But I was thinking -rather then sending in a DPA request, that by using the DPA request form and handing it in to the bank with the £10, it will get the ball rolling straight away. The form states that it can be handed in to any branch - and if you hand them cash - the receipt will be proof of the DPA request? So they can't stall you or hold on to the cheque to delay things!

I have a copy of the form which has been simply downloaded from their internal website and posted to me - so if there is a way in which the site can make this available for others to download - let me know and I;ll send it too you.

Just a thought

Janna

do you have to be logged in to their on-line banking?

If not, post a link.

sorry - don't think I explained it clearly.

They sent me a form downloaded from their internal website - I can send you this copy if you are able to make it available to others to download, as I have photcopies it ( I'm not very technical, so not sure if it's possible).

The probably hold a copyright on it - it's not something I'd like to risk.
