Hallo everyone.Kind of a problem as well here with Vodafone defaulted account.Already contacted them 4 times this week, but no one can allocate my name, address or whatsoever so I can make a payment and clear up the matter with them.Strange.Anyone help pleeease:???:.

I have just joined this forum, out of despair and to be honest this vodafone issue is causing me severe financial hardship, and like your case, through no fault of my own. Could you tell me if you are getting anywhere with your case. Should I consult a solicitor, I am new to this, but I have to try something, vodafone just arent listening, and obviously not answering email.s/letters

Hi boko27,

Thanks for making me aware of the difficulties you've encountered here.

To enable me to get this matter looked into further could you email me with the relevant details via the Contact us form here quoting the code WRT135 - CAG Forum in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. To make sure that it reaches me could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

Kind regards,
