I shall know that for future reference. Thank you. So, this notice was 26th July. It tells me to wait to hear from Romford County Court, is that what I do? -
I see. I have mitigating circumstances (head injury) that I am willing to pursue as my reason.

I have my late uncles Disco 3 which my Aunty had asked me to take care of. Only issue being, it is out of MOT and is 240 miles away, to get it transported up here on a trailer is circa £550. Having read the DVLA website regarding vehicles with no MOT being driven on a public road, it states that it can be driven if the vehicle is pre booked in for it's MOT at a garage. I would insure it, obviously, and have it booked in at my local garage for it's MOT up here. I'm guessing most knee jerk reactions will be to stick it on a trailer and get it up here, but I'm curious to hear if anyone has any other ideas, as it doesn't state how near, or far, the garage has to be to get it MOT'd.?? -
