Has anyone any ideas? I resighned on 13th and collect a letter on 14th sayin g to attand a disciplinary proceedure on 15th

Do I have to? should I? What happens if I say no? I dont need a reference Help anyone?

Resigned as in given notice and are still working, or resigned with no notice?

Yes, if you are still working your notice then you have to go. Takes lots of notes and go with someone else
