county court claim wrong date/photocopy

Hi i received a photocopied claim form this morning issue dated 12 june is this legal as its only the ninth

also is a photocopy legal or is this just somebody trying it on?

I can't comment on the dates issue, but IME, yes it is possible to receive photocopied claim forms.

I received one in October last year issued by PJH Solicitors with NatWest Bank as the Claimant for an alleged NW credit card debt.

The claim was issued via my local court rather than Northampton CCBC and even the included response forms were also photocopied.

Incidentally PJH Solicitors were quickly forced to discontinue and pay me costs!

You will need to increase your post count before you can upload an attachment.Then convert your scan to pdf.

If you follow the instructions below - you will be able to upload your document - only images require a certain post number.

 

 

Dx100 – Instructions on uploading pdfs

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets

as a picture file

remove all pers info inc barcodes etc using paint

but leave all figures and dates.

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites

convert the image to pdf format.

or ir you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

NB:you can set where it goes in the post by hitting insert inline.

was the claim form (photocopy) sent from the Court/Bulk Clearing centre or from somewhere else.

 

Is there a date stamp on the envelope?
