Hi all

I have a allocation hearing later this month agauinst my landlord who failed to return my deposit.

On the notice is says the issues will be:

- Sums in dispute

- Issues

- Expert evidence

- Mediation

I have a character refernce from the estate agents acting as the introducer as well as my employer

Should I take anything else at this stage?

Thanks
