DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I managed to speak to someone who wasn't much help i got the account number, then i asked if they would take a settlement to which he said no and that further more they would require the money to be paid within 3 months and that it would make no difference to my credit file. Im thinking there really is no point to me paying this debt

1) i cant pay it in 3 months and 2) Why the rush its been defaulted since 2009. Any ideas, should i try again with a diff advisor, its not as though i dont want to pay.

Thanks

Stu
