Sorry Madge posted on the Mercintile forum.

 

Ok to update - Had confirmed (via telephone) from Merthyr courtthat hearing was held to transfer to cardiff. It has been ordered that judge hickinbottom will undertake cases management conf on 21st dec.

 

So i guess Natwets will belooking to settle for soon then as there is no way they gona attend the CMC.

 

When I get any more info I will get back to you!!!

Im still betting this weekend or next weekend. Trouble is with this weekend is Im not there Im up in London!!!!

I got:

a catalogue of electrical products for Christmas;

two statements of pension contributions paid and current values - both for my wife;

my web hosting statement (I've shut the site down, now)

and nothing from NatWest.

 

don't they know i filed the claim on Monday???? And every day is costing them more in interest?????

Repayment book for car payments, (now I am making manual payments not DD)

Receipt for bill paid

letter from A & L telling me to sod off regardring the PLP

One letter from Crap 1 telling kent that it is going to take a little while while to look into his situation. Hell he only asked for SAR.

 

Got excited, thought the receipt was cheque from sleazy ex employers for salary they owed me. looks like the County Court Judge and I are going to become really good friends over the next few months.

OK todays the day I have been waiting for since mid September!!!!

 

NatWest finally settled - in full and will remove the default notice off my credit reference file!!

 

So chin all you who are a fwe weeks behind me - yes theyplay dirty tricks and yes they can try to scare us but if you keep your chin up and your heels in - you'll get ther in the end!!

 

I wont be comingon line much anymore however there are loads of really helpful people still battleing with Natwest - such as Dellar1 and Natweststolemymoney - aka westy!

 

However if you are stuck and still need support please feel free to Pm me and I will try to help you out!!!
