Hi Guys

Today is the 43rd day since HSBC received my Data Protection letter requesting my bank statements. Since then i have only received up to Dec02 - Jan 03.

I opened my account in Sept 1999 when i joined university.

I couldn't find the original thread but i can remember seeing one with a number for the DPA officer/Customer relations manager to contact

Does any one know this info?

Or if indeed this is the correct proceedure?

All help greatly apprieciated
