Hi, i bought a game at Tesco, i was charged 54.99. I realised the next day they had overcharged me by 17.00 went to the shop and explained to them they had overcharged me, (long story short) they said 54.99 was the correct price. I phoned Tesco customer services who said i had been overcharged and they had contacted the store and asked them to amend the price, i was told by customer services to go back to the store for a refund. Went back to store told no refund as i bought the game at the stated price. Phoned customer services 3 times since and they keep saying someone will be in touch with me later in the day, 4 days this has been going on for is there anything else i can do or do i just kiss goodbye to my money?

Welcome to CAG and sorry this went unanswered for so long.


Make a complaint in writing to Tesco's Head Office.


Include a chronological list showing briefly what was said during each of the store visits and the phone calls.
