I have only 1 debt left to pay off and it is with BLS, its the biggest one i had and is £2590

I called them today (i know i shouldnt) and they offered me a reduced settlement of £2000

I was hoping for less (£700 - £1000), should i write to them and offer less or go directly to Lloyds?

The debt has been passed around a lot of different companies in the last 5 years , i think BLS have had it 2 or 3 times

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

you owe nothing

anoyne offering a discount knows it is un-en through court.

so will never go there for fear of a counter claim.

could be:

paperwork.

PENALTY charges

PPI

Bad Paperwork.

Dx is awesome, but sometimes blunt!

If any company is offering a discount, there is almost something wrong, somewhere.

If you owed me £10,000 and I knew you owed me £10,000, if I took you to court I would expect £10,000

If you owe what they state and offer you a discount, why would they, unless they know there is something wrong with the paperwork, so court is out of the question!

These people are not really nice and don't pffer a discount because they like you.

Don't pay anything until you know what they have on you.
