Lloyds Credit Card has declined my PPI Complain.

I filled in the 8 page questionnaire and they say that they had not found sufficient evidence to agree with my allegations. they sent me a very lengthy 5page letter describing why they were disagreeing with my complaint. Need to know how to proceed with disputing their decision.

Hi

OK so here we are on the Lloyds one.

What were the reasons you gave for the mis-sale on this card please?

Can you post up the decline letter you received (MINUS ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION). If not, can you give their reasons why they did not uphold your complaint.

If posting up the letter you can use this method by dx100uk

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets

as a picture[jpg] file

or convert them to .PDF

ENSURE:remove all pers info inc barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all figures and dates.

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf

than many single ones

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

NB:you can set where it goes in the post by hitting insert inline.

then hit reply button

Hi

OK looks like a pretty standard rejection letter.

You can either go back to them refuting each point with your reasons and tell them that you want this looked at again. Be cheeky and ask them to provide you with copies of these alleged internal sales notes. Highly unlikely that they will let you have them but it suggests that you will be asking fos to acquire them when you pass it over to them.

Or you can pass it to fos with details of why you disagree with their points and that you want them to handle the matter for you. If you go the fos route then you will need to be prepared for a long wait.
