Hiya, just after a little advice please. In January I contacted a company that supplies refurbished engines, who said they would be able to deliver the required engine 3 days later provided payment was recieved upfront. 12 weeks later, hundreds of phone calls later they have still not provided the goods. I sent them a letter stating that if they could not provide them goods I wanted the £1700 refunded. They then (the one and only time they have returned my calls) told me that if I were to hire a van they would cover the cost and promised to have the engine delivered by the end of the week. Again they failed to supply the money or engine. I have emails, records of phone calls - other than going through the courts (with a limited return on money spent) can anyone advise next action? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
