Ok not sure many people had any dealings with this company but at moment i have had many phone calls, emails and letters from them after money from insurance firm Hastings Direct now it seems both companys need learn few items in life one will be custom serivce is shocking second is poor communication between people. Back to CRS who feel they can scare people with legal action using email,phone and also letter this company needs learn few items and that your not allowed to do that so becareful if get letter company very cowboy in my eyes.

Yes been helping a friend who continually receives emails from these muppets. They all go into the spam folder unread but now & then if feeling bored will send a reply but they never acknowledge. This was the last email sent to them:

 

Dear Bernie,

 

Many thanks for taking the time to send me yet another of your template cut & paste e-mails.

 

Bernie, I did reply to the first email received from your company (if memory serves I think it was sent from some person named “Sarah Moron” but I would have to check through my spam mail to be sure and quite frankly I just can’t be bothered at this point in time. Anyway, whatever their name they did not even grace me with the courtesy of a reply so I’m afraid, Bernie, that all further irrelevant and frivolous ramblings received from your company now go straight to my spam folder, along with the Viagra and penis enlargement emails, without being read. In fact, Bernie, for some reason those emails get flagged as being of higher importance than yours – but given the nonsensical and repeated blurb that you spew, I can now understand why my spam filter has deemed your ramblings to be of no importance whatsoever. Clever things these spam filters, don’t you think?

 

Anyway, Bernie, just to let you know that I do every now and then pop into my spam folder to have a quick check to make sure that no important email has accidently been directed into my spam folder; and I can happily announce that to date this has not happened.

 

As I had a bit of spare time on my hands I thought I would share with you my experience of spam filters and I have to admit, Bernie, I’m pretty well impressed. I do, however, inform you that my next spam filter check will not take place until around this time next month, that’s assuming I can even be arsed. So I’m afraid, Bernie, you may not hear from me for some time.

 

Oh, and by the way, Bernie my old chap, I do not acknowledge any debt to you or any company you may represent and welcome the opportunity to mount a vigorous defence to any claim that you or your client wish to pursue. I do not acknowledge service of writ via email but will comply fully with the courts and with all civil procedure protocols. I trust you too will fully comply with my CPR requests, which will follow upon receipt of any served proceedings.

 

Anyway, it was nice to have the opportunity to share this little moment about spam filters with you, Bernie.
